Harriet Macdonald was born and raised on the remote island of Tasmania, Australia. With endless nature and free time her childhood brain would run free and was transfixed by the view of the outside world through any VHS movie she could get their hands on. She honed her skills in London with the likes of Sir Ian McKellen and working with brands including Adidas, Nokia, Rimmel + Pantene. Her work has taken her across the world (shown at the Cannes film festival and a vimeo staff pick) and she never gets bored of exploring the globe and the inner workings of people’s minds. Each piece expresses her desire for visual rebellion and human connection. Each time striving to create ideas and imagery that will stay with the viewer.
