Alberto Rodríguez (Sevilla) is a feature film director and screenwriter. He studied image and sound at the University of Sevilla. In 2000 he directed his first feature film “El factor Pilgrim”, followed by “7 Vírgenes” (2005), “After” (2009), “Grupo 7” (2012), “La Isla Mínima” (2014) and “El Hombre de las Mil Caras” (2016). “Grupo 7” won two Goya Awards and had another fourteen nominations. “La Isla Mínima” won ten Goya Awards, including Best Film and Best Original Screenplay and had seven further nominations. “El Hombre de las Mil Caras” won two Goya Awards and had another nine nominations.
