Aitor Arregi (Oñati), Jon Garaño (San Sebastián) and José Mari Goenaga (Ordizia) are three screenwriters and directors, who have been working together for 20 years now as Moriarti. With their feature films, documentaries and short films, they have participated in numerous international festivals, wnning more than 450 prizes. Between these recognitions, stand out: 12 Goya prizes and 31 nominations, two years representing Spain at the Oscar’s Academy Awards, the Special Prize from the Jury at the Festival Internacional de Cine in San Sebastián or the Concha de Plata for Best Direction. In their filmography we can find five feature films: “La Trinchera Infinita” (2019), “Handia” (2017), “Loreak” (2014), “80 Egunean” (2010), “Lucio” (2007) and eleven short films.
